Based on our firsthand experience we have to say that the design of this phone looks and feels extremely good, we were able to get our hands on the vegan leather back variant however there are two more variants as well that look equally good.
This smartphone has a slim profile and the curves help with the grip a lot overall the Honor X9B has an exquisite design and we believe that you will surely love the design of this smartphone as it is sleek and subtle with minimal flaws.

Honor claims that the display of this smartphone will not break easily and we also believe that the display quality of this smartphone is surely one of the best in its segment. No, the display does not boast any sort of HDR10 PPlus or Dolby Vision certifications but still, the core quality is truly fascinating.
Furthermore, the display also supports 1920 Hz PMW dimming for a flicker-free experience on top of having a hardware-level blue light filter to keep your eyes protected.
I faced no issues reading things off of this smartphone’s display under a bright sunny environment, moreover, the 1.5k display resolution is sharp and super clear which is extremely pleasing to the eye. So the battery is one of the best elements of this smartphone. Honestly, we have to give the battery a big thumbs up because not only it have a bigger capacity in such a slim profile but it also has DXO mark gold battery certification. The claim is that the battery will still have 80% health even after a thousand charging cycles which is surely stunning and something that the majority of the smartphones lack.
The Honor X9B was perfectly capable of providing a full-day battery backup with moderate usage, which is amazing for a regular user. One thing we would certainly like to mention is that Honor is not shipping a charger in the retail unit box however, for a limited period you can get a 35-watt charging brick for free. It takes over 2 hours for this smartphone to get fully charged using the original 35-watt charger
Camera of Honor X9B
Now let us discuss the Camera honestly, our team has been testing this smartphone for a considerable amount of days and we do have mixed feelings about the camera quality of this phone. It features a 108MP primary camera, 5MP ultra-wide camera, and 2MP macro lens.
After clicking some pictures we were able to notice that the 108MP camera wasn’t able to capture much detail and the images were mostly soft with an unbalanced color tone furthermore, the Honor X9B also struggles to control highlights every once in a while and we believe that the camera of Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G is a bit better than that of this one.
Honor needs to do some more work on their camera, on the other hand, the quality of videos is okay but the exposure management is still an issue so overall the camera quality is decent, like its not the best and surely not the worst but we believe that Honor could’ve done a much better job!
Performance
Alright so the part that the majority of you might be waiting for, so this phone packs the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 5G chipset which is quite common in smartphones like the Realme 12 pro.
